How Does the Process Work
- Complainant sends text message to have their problem registered
- Complaint stored in the NTB system and Administrator notified
- Administrator assigns RECs and Focal Points to resolve the complaint
- Complainant notified that the complaint has been referred to a Focal Point and is being attended to
- RECs and Focal Points start resolution process and post comments
- Administrator changes status of complaint to Resolved in system
- Complainant notified that the complaint has been resolved
